A: Wax adheres to the hair shaft (and not the skin), which is then removed from the root by the mechanical action of removing the wax or fabric strip from the skin. Hair follicles take up to 3 weeks to regrow. Hair regrowth is soft to the touch and you may not need to depilate again for up to 4 weeks.

A: The skin of elderly people can be thin and fragile and the skin of diabetics looses moisture quickly and gets dry very quickly. Waxing is not recommended because it can aggravate the skin condition.
A: The skin is a complex organ, and sensitive to changes in hormone levels. Since our skin is constantly changing, it is necessary to test each time to avoid any adverse reaction to the ingredients of the products.
A: If you have no adverse reaction when testing the product as per the Directions for Use and Precautions, there is no reason why you cannot use the wax. The Veet® range includes Veet® Ready-to-Use wax Strips for Sensitive Skin, which uses Vitamin E and Almond Oil to relieve and hydrate skin.

A: Veet® wax strips are resin based and not water rinsable. Remove residue of wax using a Perfect Finish wipe from the box. Alternatively, use cotton wool soaked in baby oil or body oil.
A: The Veet Wax Strips are re-usable. Once you have removed a layer of wax you can use the strip up to 3 times to remove hairs. Continue to use until the wax loses its stickiness. Two used strips can be struck together to warm the wax to room temperature again.
